NBA roundup: Rockets reportedly will waive Camby

The Houston Rockets will waive 39-year-old center Marcus Camby, the Houston Chronicle reported Sunday.
That probably will mark the end of Camby's playing career as he has been unable to make a satisfactory recovery from torn plantar fascia tissue. However, he may remain with the Rockets in a coaching or player development role, according to the report.
Camby is likely to have foot surgery to repair the damage.
---Portland Trail Blazers forward Thomas Robinson was cited by Portland police for driving 107 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone on Friday, the Portland Oregonian reported.
Robinson, the fifth overall pick in the 2012 by the Sacramento Kings, is playing for his third NBA team.
Robinson issued an apology Sunday via his Twitter account, saying, "Apologies for that speeding ticket rip city gotta be more careful with watching the speed limit my first and last one tho for sure"
--- The Philadelphia 76ers announced that they waived guard Rodney Williams and forward Gani Lawal.
The Sixers' roster is at 14 players.
